Spark360 sends operational warning and abandonment emails to organization owner/admin users when endpoint failures persist. Warning email summary:
  • Endpoint is failing
  • May be paused in approximately 4 hours if failures continue
  • Includes endpoint URL, HTTP response, and Settings > Webhooks link
Abandonment email summary:
  • Endpoint paused after 5 consecutive failures
  • Includes endpoint URL, HTTP response, and Settings > Webhooks link
Email sends are non-blocking and must not interrupt the delivery worker loop.
